Yes. During our one-hour virtual interview, we want to get to know you as a person but also would like to see see how you perform in a professional setting. We also want to learn more about your analytical skills and structured approach. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate these in a 20-minute case study. If the telephone interview is successful, an in-person interview will follow, where you’ll work on a detailed, practice-oriented case based on our field project. Highly experienced candidates, however, may present a prepared business case contributing to our company's growth instead.
